I am the founder of C&T.AI. I help companies organize operations, understand their data and implement improvements. I connect management and technology through processes, indicators, websites, automation, integrations and AI solutions.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (UCDB), with MBAs in Global Broker (IBMEC) and Data Science & Analytics (USP-ESALQ), CPA-10 certification, and complementary training in leadership, data, and product. Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Software Engineering (Estácio). Based in Campo Grande, MS — Brazil.

Management, Data and Applied Technology
Through C&T.AI, I connect diagnosis and delivery: organizing information, structuring processes and building solutions around the business problem. I work directly from understanding operations through implementation and follow-up.
Projects are presented by sector. Client and employer names are withheld; each description distinguishes deliverables from projections and diagnostic findings.
Work and deliverables
- Retail — Sales, inventory and receivables queries. Built an integration that accepts natural-language questions and queries sales, cash, inventory and receivables in the existing business management system. An integration for querying the existing system. Cross-checking reports and database records also identified a document discrepancy for review.
- Services — Sales and repeat-customer analysis. Consolidated fragmented customer, professional, service and sales histories to analyze performance and repeat visits. Reports identifying changes in revenue and visit frequency. The findings were organized for management to assess where to investigate and which actions to prioritize.
- Operations — Procedures for a service network. Documented operating procedures and assembled a manual with a map of the processes covered. 22 procedures in editable and PDF formats. The material was organized for review by the responsible managers and preparation of staff training.
- Digital presence — A page with a registration form. Developed a project page with information, a form, data validation and registration storage. An implemented registration workflow. Visitors can complete the form on the page, with registrations stored for follow-up.
- Events — Event feasibility studies. Prepared revenue and cost scenarios to compare event assumptions, along with commercial presentations. Structured studies and commercial proposals. The documents bring together projections and assumptions for evaluating investment and fundraising.
- Legal — AI-assisted document queries. Organized documents and developed an application that retrieves content from a document collection for AI-assisted queries. A document query application. The solution connects document retrieval to the language models used in the queries.
- Financial technology — Automation community and technical content. Led the creation of an automation community and technical content initiatives for users of a financial product. A structured community and technical content. The work combined product education and user relations.
- Capital markets — Software for executing trading strategies. Developed C# algorithmic strategies and libraries to connect them to direct market access infrastructure. Strategies and integration libraries. The deliverable was trading software development and integration.
Own tools and automation
- Codepad: a web application for writing and sharing documents by link. Open tool.
- QR Code Generator: a web tool for creating custom codes. Open tool.
- Internal standardization: reusable components and instructions for document, data and automation deliverables.
- Digital customer service: configuration and testing of lead qualification and routing workflows. Activation and monitoring are separate stages in each project.

- Earlier experience: customer relations in financial technology (2021–2022), service and operations at credit unions (2019 and 2021), B2B technology retail sales (2020), and cosmetics manufacturing management (2015–2017).
- Military (2014): Reserve Officer Aspirant, Cavalry Branch (20th RCB – NPOR/Brazilian Army). An experience that consolidated discipline, leadership under pressure, and decision-making in uncertain scenarios.
- Sports: In my free time, I pursue high performance in Triathlon and CrossFit training.
